Welcome

Stan Lester Developments is a sole practitioner firm founded in 1993 and based in Taunton in the south-west of the United Kingdom. Our clients include national and European organisations as well as professions, employers and universities, and we work on a mix of national, sector-specific and European developments. Our main areas of work are:

professional development and qualifying processes

work-based education and training systems

qualifications and assessment

national and international qualification frameworks.

We can work collaboratively to develop and implement new initiatives and systems, undertake research and reviews, provide expert advice, or simply act as a sounding-board or critical friend for proposals and changes.
